Rokt is an Australian ecommerce marketing technology start-up company. Founded by Bruce Buchanan, the technology of Rokt
allows the promotion of products or services in a personalized way after a transaction has been completed by a customer.
The concept is based on cross-selling and up-selling by leveraging the commercial relationships that already exist.
Rokt charges a technology fee directly from the clients and for payment integration and shipping support,
Rokt charges a part of the total transaction amount.
problem with the old brand
Prior to the brand refresh, Rokt had an outdated brand identity that wasn’t echoing to its target audience.
The sole purpose of this brand refresh was to enable the company to shed what’s holding back, retain its core identity while expanding its reach to new audience.
